LEGAL AGREEMENT

Terms of Service

Terms governing use of the FalconEyeGPS GPS tracking platform.

Last updated: June 10, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of FalconEyeGPS websites, web panel, APIs, and mobile applications. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

FalconEyeGPS provides GPS tracking, fleet visibility, route history, geofencing, alerts, and related reporting for vehicles and assets equipped with compatible tracking hardware assigned to your account.

3. Accounts and access

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend access for misuse, security risk, or non-payment under your service agreement.

4. Acceptable use

  • Track only vehicles and devices you are authorized to monitor.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, probe systems, or interfere with other users.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful surveillance or harassment.
  • Comply with applicable traffic, employment, and privacy laws in your region.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of GPS and operational data generated by devices linked to your account. You grant FalconEyeGPS a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for informing drivers, employees, or vehicle owners where local law requires consent for tracking.

6. Service availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, network conditions, device hardware, or cellular coverage may affect live updates. Features may change as the platform evolves.

7. Device compatibility

Tracking accuracy depends on installed hardware, SIM connectivity, and antenna placement. FalconEyeGPS supports common GPS protocols; specific device models must be configured according to our documentation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FalconEyeGPS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees paid by you for the service in the six months before the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by law.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. GPS data is for operational reference and should not be the sole basis for safety-critical decisions.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
